海南金海漿紙業120萬噸/年漂白木漿制漿工程概況

工程概況：該工程位于海南省洋浦經濟開發區D12區，工廠占地總面積約5000畝。該工程全部制漿生產線由芬蘭克瓦納公司設計、制造，并負責監理。

該工程主要設備數量為：煮漿段設備：34臺/套；篩漿洗漿段設備：49臺/套；氧脫木素段設備：22臺/套；氯氣漂白段設備：80臺/套。 制漿車間安裝工程總量約9905噸，其中塔類容器、槽罐現場組焊、安裝工程量約6100噸，占安裝工程總量的62%?！罢艚飧?/span>DIGESTER）”是制漿工程的核心設備。

Contractor: Fujian Industrial Equipment Installation Co., Ltd (FIEI)

General Introduction:

The project was located in Yangpu economic development zone of Hainan Province, covering land of 5000 Mu. The whole pulp-making production line was designed by KVAERNER, which also supplied all equipments and bore supervise work.

   Main equipments: Pulp digesting and cooking section: 34sets; screen and wash section: 49sets; oxygen delignification reactor section: 22sets; Chlorine bleaching section: 80sets.

The weight of Pulp-making equipments is about 9905 tons, including 6100 tons of towers and tanks site welding work which is about 62% of the whole installation. Digester is the key equipment of pulp-making line..
